Weleda Calendar 2004: Dialogue of Light and Warmth

Schwäbisch Gmünd, 3 December (NNA) – The interaction between light and warmth is the theme of the new Weleda Calendar which appears in six languages (German, French, English, Italian, Dutch, Spanish). The cycle of paintings by Christiane Haid, who works with a mixture of acrylic and chalk on primed canvas, impressively reflects the dynamic dialogue between cosmic forces and the inner activity of the human being. The beautiful poems of Susanne Renate Heimerich accompany the paintings. The reverse side of the sheet for each month shows the morning and evening sky according to the charts by Wolfgang Held.
